Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using FlowAds, including its website, dashboard, software, tools, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service,” you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

If you use FlowAds on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement in your country.

If you are under the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement, you may only use FlowAds with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is permitted under all laws, platform rules, and contractual obligations that apply to you.

3. Description of the Service

FlowAds is a Discord advertising automation platform that allows users to create, manage, schedule, and send advertisements to Discord channels.

Some features may operate using Discord account tokens or other credentials provided by the user.

FlowAds is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord or Stripe.

We may add, modify, restrict, replace, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available permanently.

4. Discord Accounts and Third-Party Services

You understand that automating normal Discord user accounts, including through self-bots or user-bots, may violate Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or other policies.

You accept all risks associated with using Discord accounts, tokens, self-bots, automation, or third-party integrations through FlowAds.

These risks may include:

FlowAds is not responsible for actions taken by Discord, Stripe, banks, payment providers, internet providers, or other third parties.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and policies of every third-party service you use with FlowAds.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your FlowAds account, Discord tokens, authentication details, and connected accounts.

We may suspend accounts that appear to be reselling or commercially redistributing the Service without approval.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider selected by FlowAds.

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each billing period until canceled.

A lifetime plan provides access to the included paid features for the commercial lifetime of the FlowAds Service, not for the lifetime of the purchaser.

Lifetime access may be terminated if the user violates these Terms, files an abusive or fraudulent payment dispute, or otherwise loses access under these Terms.

The free plan is provided at our discretion.

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue the free plan or any of its features at any time.

Free-plan access does not guarantee continued availability, data retention, support response times, or access to paid features.

12. Refund Policy

Except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

13. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Depending on your location, you may have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within a specified withdrawal period.

Any legal withdrawal right, refund amount, or deduction for services already supplied will be handled according to applicable consumer law.

This section applies only where mandatory consumer withdrawal rights are available and does not create additional cancellation rights beyond those required by law.

14. Required Informal Resolution Before Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal request, or similar claim with your bank, card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, or another payment provider, you agree to first contact FlowAds support and make a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue directly.

15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may result in the immediate suspension of your FlowAds account and the removal of subscription access while the dispute is investigated.

If your account is permanently terminated because of an abusive or fraudulent chargeback, you may be prohibited from creating another account or purchasing FlowAds again.

Suspension or termination does not cancel amounts lawfully owed to FlowAds.

Where permitted by law, you may also be responsible for reasonable costs caused by fraudulent or abusive disputes.

A legitimate chargeback involving unauthorized account or payment-method use will be reviewed separately and will not automatically be treated as abuse.

16. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:

We are not required to provide continued access, restore lost data, or refund terminated subscription time unless required by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Terminating your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

We aim to keep FlowAds available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

18. Intellectual Property

FlowAds and its original software, interface, branding, design, code, documentation, and content are owned by or licensed to FlowAds.

Purchasing a subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service according to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, recreate, or commercially exploit FlowAds without written permission.

You retain ownership of advertisements and other original content you submit. You grant FlowAds a limited license to process, store, display, and transmit that content where necessary to operate and improve the Service.

19. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback, you allow FlowAds to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

Providing feedback does not give you ownership of any changes, features, or improvements created from it.

20. Privacy and Data

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal information, Discord credentials, advertisement content, or third-party data you provide has been obtained and used lawfully.

We may retain records reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, chargeback responses, legal compliance, and enforcement of these Terms.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

FlowAds makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

22. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate and protect FlowAds and its operators from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses resulting from:

24. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before beginning legal proceedings against FlowAds, you agree to contact FlowAds support and provide a written explanation of the dispute.

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for at least 14 days after receiving the written notice.

Where appropriate and agreed by both parties, the dispute may be submitted to online or in-person mediation before court proceedings are started.

The invalid section will be interpreted or modified only as much as necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.

If FlowAds does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional written terms presented when purchasing or using a specific feature, form the entire agreement between you and FlowAds concerning the Service.

Questions, complaints, payment concerns, and dispute notices should be submitted through the official FlowAds Discord server or another support method displayed on the FlowAds website.

When contacting support about a payment, include your account details, transaction date, transaction amount, and a description of the issue.
