By accessing or using FlowAds (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Description of Service
FlowAds is a Discord advertising automation platform that enables users to create, manage, and send advertisements to Discord channels. The Service functions using Discord tokens provided by the user.
User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for any Discord tokens you provide and for all actions performed using them.
- You understand that the use of self-bots may violate Discord’s Terms of Service and you assume all associated risks.
- You may not use the Service for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or the distribution of harmful or abusive content.
- You are fully responsible for the content of any advertisements you create or distribute through the Service.
- You may not use FlowAds to create, operate, or provide services for a separate marketing or advertising agency using the Service unless explicitly approved by FlowAds leadership.
Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscription options are available on a monthly basis ($10/month) or as a lifetime plan ($95 one time payment).
- A free plan is also available, but it includes only the basic features of FlowAds.
- All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Failure to use the Service during your subscription period
- Account termination due to a violation of these Terms
- Dissatisfaction with the Service
- Discord account bans, limitations, or restrictions
- Technical problems or temporary service interruptions
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that your conduct violates these Terms or is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of self-bots or from violations of Discord’s Terms of Service.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FlowAds or its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
